Charity Command Center

Built inside a charity, for charities

A coach for every fundraiser. An update for every donor.

We built these tools for our own charity, Act for Children in Sweden, because our volunteers needed help to raise, and our donors wanted to see where their gift went. Now other charities can use them too.

The coach is a demo with a made-up charity. Open it on your phone.

For your fundraisers

The Fundraising Coach

An app each volunteer opens on their phone, no download and no login. It takes them from “I don’t know where to start” to their first gifts, one small step at a time.

  • A short welcome film, then one step a day with the message already written
  • Open WhatsApp, send, tick it off: medals and a team board keep them going
  • Your posters and photos, with their own words on them, ready to post
  • Aminah or Atiq to ask anything, by text or voice: “I feel stuck”, “ideas for an event”
  • Your charity’s name, appeals, platform and links, in English or Swedish

For your team

The Command Center

One place for every gift and every promise you made to a donor: water wells, sponsorships, appeals, fundraisers.

  • Reads your Donorbox, JustGiving, Stripe, PayPal and bank files
  • Tells you each morning who is waiting for news, and writes the update
  • Shows which fundraisers stalled, and sends them the coach
  • A monthly report in one click; your data stays on your own computer

Why we built it

Donors want to see where their gift went.

Charities want to show them, but there are never enough hands to update every donor and help every volunteer. These tools do the heavy lifting, so a small team can be one of the most transparent charities its donors know.
